Blessings on your New Year!

I have been loving All Star Fitness and have been building up my strength and reducing my stress and improving my cardio. I have been loving it. Winter is the best time ever for going to the gym! it is a total pick me up when it is cold and wet. I can take Yoga and do cardio and weight train and use the sauna and hot tub and steam room or pool after.

All of the challenges which have faced me have been blessings in disguise. It is amazing to feel so blessed and loved.

Abundance Abounds!

1. My life has never been better, I am surrounded by loving community and am deepening into my spiritual growth as a man.
2. I am going so deliciously deep in my practice of Divine Touch.
3. I am so blessed to be in a loving, fulfilling, open relationship with Robyn Lynn. She is a major inspiration in my life and a great co-creator and experimenter in building loving community.
4. I am grateful to David Whelan who is letting me use his car, which has been an awesome blessing!
5. I am learning tons from David Cates about new models for sustainable group process and what it really means to be heart-centered.
6. I am starting another round of Pathworking with Verla Wade and learning about my deep psyche and how it can be used to harmonize with nature and the divine and being fully resourced by life without hesitation.
7. I am taking a class with Teri Ciacchi on Goddess teachings and their social activism aspects. The Goddess is a compass in my life in this emerging time of Divine Union where men and women and people of all genders learn how to create together harmoniously.
8. I am learning about community -and man there is a lot to learn, and yet I am finding it a fun creative challenge. Reading a book on Sociocracy called “We The People: Consenting to a Deeper Democracy” which is fantastic, best read in a long time! Which is answering all kinds of questions i have about how to be in community and work together.
9. In a couple weeks I am getting ready to meet with Adele and start building the next series of Gemstone Energy Medicine classes. The transcription of the notes from our work together is almost complete! The Book editing can soon begin!
10. I am teaching a part 2 of the Class: 3 Loves: A Story of Love and an Experience of Loving on Jan 28th @ Sharma Center, with Robyn Lynn which features three luscious exercises on how to embody love (which we update). I am so looking forward to that! The last event was amazing and packed! save the Date details to follow, this one will be even better! $20 at door
